RECIPE PREPARATION Bunny Check:

Wash the silicone tray with warm water, dry it, grease it with a little butter. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla with a hand-blended hard foam blender attached to the bowl. Then add the flour with the baking powder. Pour the dough. From the brown cocoa dough I used small beans that I dripped in the tray over the frothy white dough.


In a bowl, put 3 egg yolks and a whole egg. Mix the yolks together with a whole egg, a pinch of salt and oil, gradually added like mayonnaise. Add the milk and lemon peel (I didn't have lemon in the house and I put the orange peel). Add freshly sifted flour, baking powder quenched with lemon juice (orange in my case) and then beaten egg whites with sugar, mixing gently. Add the finely chopped walnuts and shit.

We mix a third of the composition with cocoa. Pour the white composition into the trays in which I put baking paper, then add the cocoa composition and mix lightly with a knife or the tail of a spoon.

Put in the hot oven. Bake for about 50-55 minutes. We do the test with the toothpick, to check if it is baked.

  • 150 g butter, soaked at room temperature
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 yolks
  • 250 g flour, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • powdered flour

1 & # 8211 Preheat the oven to the mark 4 / 180grd.C. Rub the butter with the sugar until the mixture turns light and fluffy. Incorporate the yolks one by one, add flour, baking powder. Stop the robot as soon as the ingredients have combined. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth. In cling film, refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 100 g sugar crystals (cough)

  • 100 g flour
  • 100-120 g nuts
  • grated lemon peel
  • 80-100 g raisins (+ orange peel, cranberries, dark chocolate, etc.)

9. Pour the cocoa composition on top and level.
10. Put the cake in the hot oven and bake at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Depending on the oven and the shape of the tray, if it is wider, it will cook faster. After 35 minutes, insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, the cake is baked in the middle and you can take it out on a grill to cool. Powder the cake with sugar + vanilla sugar powdered in a coffee grinder.
Keep it in a paper bag, or even plastic so it doesn't dry out, or in a box with a lid.

Check with oranges

The orange cake is a simple and quick dessert recipe, great for situations when you don't have much time. It is easy to prepare and is simply delicious, tender on the inside, with a slightly crunchy, caramelized crust.

You can use any kind of citrus you want, just respect the amount of juice. I tested the recipe with oranges, or grafts, or tangerines, or even combined. Here's how we prepare it:

INGREDIENT:

  • 200 g flour
  • 60 g sugar
  • 240 ml of orange juice
  • 30 ml coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 15 g starch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a turmeric knife tip
  • vanilla essence
  • walnuts
  • a pinch of salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Mix all solid and liquid ingredients separately.

2. Pour the liquid mixture over the solid one and mix.

3. Add the chopped walnut kernels with a knife and mix again.

4. Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper (I used a cake tray). On top we place a few thin slices of orange, and over the orange we spread a little sugar that will caramelize and give a special taste and appearance.

5. Put the tray in the oven (preheated to 170 degrees) for 40 & # 8211 45 minutes. Take the cake out of the pan, let it cool well and serve it with pleasure!


How to prepare bunnies from bun dough

The dough is prepared exactly as in Hefekranz (see recipe here). After it leavened and I degassed it, I divided the dough like this: 6 sticks and 6 oval pieces. The sticks will form the body and the ovals will be the ends of these dough bunnies.

I rolled each baguette on the table, lengthening it until it reached approx. 40 cm long. I prepared 2 trays with baking paper and heated the oven to 200 C. I twisted each wand like a snail and placed it in the tray (3 in each tray).

Bridge: the spirals should NOT be rolled tightly because they will tend to increase in height, upwards. It should be left lighter to increase in width.

I shaped the heads in my hand like elongated meatballs and placed them glued to the spirals (I greased with a little cold water the place where they touch, to hold better). With a pair of scissors I pinched the heads so as to form the ears. The last ones were the raisins that I placed as eyes. I watered a little with my finger the place where I was going to place them and I pressed them well to stay in position.
