Turkey soup with peas, dumplings and sour cream

RECIPE PREPARATION Turkey soup with peas, dumplings and sour cream:

  1. The vegetables are cleaned and washed. Finely chop the onion.

  2. As the carrot is larger, cut it into halves.

  3. Cut the rest of the vegetables into cubes.

  4. Lightly sauté the vegetables in oil. Salt and pour over 3 liters of water.

  5. Boil the turkey breast and green peas and bay leaf.

  6. Everything will boil pretty fast in 15 minutes.

  7. During this time, beat the eggs. Salt and add chicken flour and lard.

  8. Homogenize the mixture and with a spoon put dumplings in the juice that boils to a minimum.

  9. At the end, incorporate the cream diluted with warm juice. This way they will not become lumpy.

  10. Sour with a little apple cider vinegar.

  11. Remove the turkey breast and cut into smaller pieces.

  12. Add meat to each plate of soup.

  13. Taste and salt if needed.
