Honey steak

The star of Easter is the lamb in different ways, so I couldn't miss a delicious lamb steak, even if only I eat (my boys don't), they are to my advantage .....

  • 1 piece lamb ribs and pulp
  • green garlic
  • Cosmin condiments
  • salt
  • 1 glass of red wine
  • 100 ml oil

Preparation time: over 120 minutes


Wash the lamb well, grease it with 50 ml of oil, then "dress" it in Cosmin spices.

Cut some green garlic and put fish honey steak, then pour a glass of red wine and leave until the next day, covering the bowl in which I prepared the meat with cling film.

The next day we put the meat in the tray, put 1 glass of water and 50 ml of oil and give honey steak in the oven for about 1 hour. From time to time we turn the meat from side to side to brown.

When it is almost ready, chop the green garlic and put it in the sauce it leaves honey steak in the tray.
