Boil the pasta in boiling salted water and then drain.

In a bowl beat eggs with sour cream, and over them add grated cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Put the pasta over the egg and cheese mixture and mix well.

In muffin tins, put bacon fillets in the form of baskets and fill each with the pasta mixture.

Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes, then remove them and put a quail egg in the middle of each pudding and leave them in the oven for about 3 minutes.

Tortellini with ham, cream and cheese

Tortellini pasta they are boiled in boiling salted water, according to the recommendations on the package. Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients: finely grate the cheese and cut the ham into strips.
